Dubai’s new variable parking fees take effect from April 4, 2025, with peak pricing for six hours daily (8-10 AM, 4-8 PM). Fees remain unchanged during off-peak hours. Premium areas, like Al Barsha, will see rates rise sharply (e.g., Dh6/hour from Dh2). Parking zones A, B, C, D will be renamed AP, BP, CP, DP. Multi-level parking remains 24/7. Implementation follows discussions with RTA.
