Winners will be formally notified after 15 days of the closing date. Only the winners will be contacted personally by our Commercial Division.
The prize may not be transferred to any other person, unless stated otherwise.
The prize must be collected, if appropriate, within one month of notification. Not doing so will result in forfeiture of prize without any prior notice.

No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on request, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity. Winner/Event Photos might be used on our respective websites and/or Facebook pages.
Winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Channel 4 Radio Network , its business and its personnel received by them as a result of the free prize draw.

Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
During receipt of prize, you would be required to sign a declaration form, accepting not to participate in any competitions on Channel 4 Radio Network for a period of 30 days. This is will be in fairness from your part to ensure that other participants have a fair chance of participation, winnings in competitions. This declaration applies to you and your immediate family.

The prize-winners will be selected at random by the judges, by Channel 4 Radio Network. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
Employees of Channel 4 Radio Network companies and any company associated with the specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
This agreement is governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates
