All the action from IIFA 2018

Yet another edition of The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) 2018 came to a starry conclusion over the weekend with winners walking away with the trophy following grand celebrations of Indian Cinema in Bangkok, Thailand.

Ranbir Kapoor & Rishi Kapoor

While the director-actor duo of Karan Johar and Riteish Deshmukh played hosts, the IIFA finale saw the timeless Rekha put up a nostalgic performance as she took the audience back in time.

The night also featured performances from Bollywood superstars including Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, and Lulia Vantur.

This year, IIFA honoured and paid tribute to two of the most celebrated actors of Indian Cinema – the legendary Shashi Kapoor & Bollywood diva Sridevi who was found dead at her hotel room in Dubai earlier this year.

While Irrfan’s surprise blockbuster Hindi Medium walked away maximum honours, it was a mixed bag of mostly other smaller films of 2017 that won the IIFA trophy including Sridevi’s Mom and Vidya Balan’s Tumhari Sulu.
